Something not quite clicking at home?

Maybe mornings turn into meltdowns. Perhaps sleep keeps slipping. Or maybe Prep is around the corner and your stomach drops when you think about it. You’re not alone!

I’m Taryn here at Nurtured Growth Therapy. I work with children aged 0 to 8 in the places they feel safest: Home, daycare, kindy, and school. We look at the whole child, from sensory to motor to emotions. Everyday skills like feeding, dressing, and toileting: The stepping stones to independence. Then we break it into clear, achievable steps.

What I Help With

Families need clear guidance that feels kind and practical. You want to know what’s typical, what needs support, and what to try today. That’s exactly what we’ll do together. Kind, thorough care that feels personal. Every plan is tailored, because every child grows differently.

Mobile Occupational Therapy for Ages 0 to 8

Paediatric occupational therapy addresses sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, self-care routines, and big feelings.

School readiness support without the panic

Screenings that highlight strengths and gaps, plus a plan that helps children walk into Prep feeling ready.

Workshops for educators

Clear strategies you can actually use tomorrow. Less theory, more real classroom tools.
